Aluminum inspection door for masonry 400x400x12,5
The door is made of aluminum profiles welded into an outer and inner frame. The complete assembly is joined by a solid hinge, thus allowing the door leaf to be opened when needed. In addition, mounting brackets are welded onto the outer frame.
In the standard version, this model is manufactured in a thickness of 12.5 mm, with a white, green or red board, fixed into the inner frame using self-drilling screws. In the under-tile variant, the hinges are shifted and the door leaf is prepared for gluing on ceramic tiling, as standard with a maximum thickness of 8 mm + adhesive.
Main advantages of the model:
• Welded frames
• Easy-to-open push lock
• Outer frame adapted for a masonry wall
• Extended mounting brackets
• Firmly anchored inner frame
Comfortable opening and closing is guaranteed by US push locks located on the outer frame. Pressing the inner frame board at the lock point causes the latch to click out or click in.
Installation into a masonry wall is carried out using hammer-in dowels through the mounting brackets, or by securing with assembly foam.
Another possible variant of this door is a version with a removable inner frame using 4 or more push locks. Thanks to this, the clear passage of the door can be enlarged.
