We process some personal data to provide the sale of goods and operate our website.

I. Processing of personal data
A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: address, telephone number, e-mail
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding the goods and their delivery.
On the basis of what legal ground?
This is processing based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking measures before concluding a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide to us. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number
For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via the contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR. c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and then 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit us from doing so when purchasing, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, a legal regulation of the Czech Republic, unless you have objected to such processing when making your purchase.
How long will we process personal data?

II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons who have access to the data work for us because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:
- the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (the company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Czech Republic, Company ID 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Czech Republic, Section B, File 25 395)

We process personal data only within the European Union.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
