Aluminum inspection door smoke-tight EI30/EI45 600x600x25

The door is intended for installation in a plasterboard wall 12.5, 15 or 25 mm thick, where it is fastened using TEX 4.2x13 mm screws to steel profiles, and at the same time this door can also be built into masonry using 4.2x75 mm screws. In both cases fastening is done through the outer frame of the door.

The door is made of aluminum profiles; the inner and outer frame are joined by welding. The complete assembly is joined by a solid hinge, and the inner door leaf can be opened when needed using push locks. A fire seal is fitted around the perimeter of the inner leaf, which expands many times over at high temperature and thus prevents the penetration of fire. The inner frame is further fitted with a rubber seal that prevents the penetration of smoke. The door infill consists of a red plasterboard board 2x 12.5 mm, fixed using self-drilling screws.
